The room had contemporary decor and cleanliness. The bathroom included large bath sheets and plenty of bath accoutrements. The hotel has a skyview bar with sweeping views. The buffet breakfast offered plentiful food options.
The air conditioning did not work upon arrival and a technician had to come. The room size felt small. Vouchers given as compensation for the inconvenience could not be used.

The hotel offers an excellent location with easy access to main attractions. The convenience of being near the Metro stop was great. The Eiffel Tower view from my room was amazing. The room itself was spacious with contemporary design. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast that included plentiful, delicious food options. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I would like to highlight Hassan and Lukas at reception, they were excellent.
The temperature control in the room had limited adjustment. Only a maximum of 3 degrees could be changed. This made it difficult to achieve ideal comfort.

filthy shower curtainworn towels
The shower curtain was quite filthy. we requested a change. but the replacement was similar. the room seemed very small and amenities were basic. there were no bathrobes. The towels looked worn.
